Summary
Digital Match Book is designed as a local-first match logging app. The match information you create is stored on your device unless you choose to export, share, import, or send selected content through an optional feature.
Information you enter in the app
The app may store match names, stage details, target information, scores, times, notes, rifle or equipment notes, and Course of Fire content you import or create. This information is used to operate the app features you choose to use.
Optional Course of Fire import assist
If you choose to use Course of Fire import assist, selected text, documents, or images may be sent to OpenAI to create a draft match structure for your review. This feature uses an OpenAI API key stored in your device Keychain. You can choose not to use this feature.
Website data
This website provides app information, support, and privacy policy pages. Our hosting and DNS providers may process standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, request time, and pages requested in order to deliver and protect the website.
Tracking and sale of data
We do not sell personal data. The initial website release does not include advertising pixels or cross-app tracking scripts.
Children
Digital Match Book is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through support, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
